I was looking for something that would help take away my heartburn fast, and this seems to work well. A lot of my friends use it as well ( we are within the age range 20-30). It does take time for it to work, but when it does it works well.

tried this for a month after being diagnosed with adult ADD inattentive type, side effects outweighed any potential benefits. Worked at first, though not sure how well - it was definitely doing SOMETHING to me, but never really felt right. Effectiveness diminished over the month while side effects did not lessen, discontinued after 30 days.

Stopped taking it because the excessive weight gain was depressing. Also didn't enjoy being hungry all the time. Did experience mild improvement in depression, but not enough to make me want to keep taking it considering how the weight gain negatively impacted my mood.

I have been taking a teaspoon of turmeric powder daily with food for 18 months. Excellent anti-inflammatory. Very useful in reducing body fat, possibly suppresses appetite as well as seeming to help fat with reduction. With vitamin D3 it apparently enhances the immune system.I've had no colds or infections for well over a year now.

Indocin has been a miracle drug for me. It was first prescribed during a severe episode of bursitis over 20 years ago after numerous other prescriptions had failed. For years I took it on an "as needed" basis. I requested a prescription about 3 years ago so that I could take it on a daily basis as aspirin was no longer effective for the rheumatoid arthritis that I have had in my hands for years.
