I usually have terrible migraines or headaches and paracetemol helps remove the pain however when they are severe paracetemol does not work as well.

NEVER NEVER never never ever use this product!!! I am not prone to yeast infections. But I had to take an antiobotic for a sinus infection and presto! within 5 days I had a very mild case yeast infection. Nothing major, but I new it was an infection. I just had a back surgery last week to remove hardware that I had put in 3 years ago when I had a fusion done of my lower back and this is they gave me oxycodone for the pain. I irritated a nerve while healing and it felt like I had electric shock pulses in my back constantly.
