First 18 months of treatments: smooth sailing. Then the infusion reactions started. They are starting earlier in the infusion and lasting longer after the infusion. It's scary, but we are trying to keep on top of it with anti inflammatory meds.

I have been on lipitor since Dec. 2008 and I was having pain in my legs. I told my Doctor in March 2009 the last time and he reassured me that it was unlikely to be lipitor. Shortly after being treated with Gardasil I developed strange cognitive issues, joint pain, bone pain, chronic fatigue, and many other symptoms. Recently these finally lead to a diagnosis of a rare autoimmune disorder called scleroderma or CREST syndrome. I have no family history of autoimmunity and there are others who have developed other similar illnesses like lupus or rheumatoid arthritis. Definitely do not get these shots if you have a predisposition for autoimmune disease.

I was on synthroid from 2003 to 2006 and I still had fatigue, brain fog and was still cold all the time. I complained to my endocrinologist and since he declared my labs "perfect" he could do nothing for me, when I inquired about Armour, he said he would not prescribe it. I find it is extremely slow in taking effect and eventually the result aren't as good as they once were requiring 2 tablets instead of one wich i try to avoid.

I take my prednisone when I am having an asthma flare which is rare, but the medicine does help tremendously whithin 1 to 2 days

I had a bad stomach bug and the dr, gave me this prescription to stop the abdominal cramping and diarrhea and it worked immediately after taking the first pill. I did get a little bit of blurry vision but not too bad. It also made me a little drowsy but I was taking it with phenergan also so that may be why.
