I have been using Flomax for two years. At first took every day. After the first couple of days, I noticed I was better able to empty my bladder, allowing for fewer trips to the toilet. AWESOME STUFF. Currently I use as a drug of choice in almost every sickness (head, cold, flu, etc.). Seems that Tylenol has a positive effect on immunity system. It gives it strength to fight the bugs. Oher drugs don't seem to have as much effect as tylenol does. I am not sure if it is some kind of ingredient combination that works well with my body or if it just a good and effective drug. Either way it tremendously help me when I am sick.

My doctor recently switched me from pravastatin to simvastatin, since - despite weight loss and adding regular exercise and fish oil - my total cholesterol levels began to rise again. One supplement you should always take if you are on any of the statin drugs is Coenzyme Q10, as statins can deplete this nutrient from your body and cause muscle damage and worse.
