I was taking it to assist with weight loss and took it for about 45 days or more until I noticed the side effects of constipation (which I do not normally have) and gas. I have stopped taking it about 4 days ago, once I researched the side effects. I was trying to determine why I was having the abdominal problems. It is not painfull constipation but very infrequent. However my appetite was decreasing while taking the 5HTP. I am now trying to get it oujt of my system.

I like the fact the my migraines are under better control while using topamax, but, I know that my concentration is not as it used to be and the numbness and tingling can be bothersome. I noticed the deep joint pain in my hips started after my dose increased to 250mg. My neurologist wanted me to go up to 300mg but I just couldn't tolerated the pain in my hips

This product made me violently ill. My body evacuated everything from both ends and I was so sick I couldn't even move off the bathroom floor. I have had systemic candida for years and am very dissappointed that I cannot take this product.

I think Claritin-D 24-hour helped most of my symptoms but not all. It definitely alleviated my sinus symptoms, but it neither helped my dry, itchy eyes nor my sore, irritated throat. Throughout the years I have tried numerous allergy medications, and for OTC meds, Claritin- D 24-hour is the best that I have found. Stage 4 RCC Left kidney removed in Oct 2008. Metastasized to stomach cavity 2010. Treated with Sutent since early June 2010. Side effects unusual but not out of the ordinary based on info Ive read. As of today It seems to be helping but probably to soon to tell for sure. I feel fairly well and have been working right along so thats a positive. Attitude is good as well as support from those around me.

Works well. The only side effect is that my appetite has increased considerably. I have become obsessed with food since starting on Crestor. I am left with the choice of either increasing daily exercise (which I already do considerably jogging 4 miles a day) or accepting the discomfort as I ignore my frequent hunger pangs. If I give in to my appetite my weight increases in spite of jogging 28 miles a week.
