I have had changes in discharge (it's usually yellowish), and each month I have a different side effect! The newest is bloating and numbness on my right side of the body (NOT a blood clot...I already got checked out). I have felt extremely nausious another month. I do have chronic migraines. maybe like 3-6 a year. I have only had 3 or 4 in the past 2 years I've been on mononessa. It is really effective. And Cheap. I take Zyrtec daily for indoor and outdoor allergies and it relieves all of my symptoms. I started taking it when Clarinex stopped being covered by my insurance, although I do not think Zyrtec is quite as effective as Clarinex it is cheaper and it does not cause any negative side effects.

Tylenol is fairly effective for me when treating headaches and other pain related problems. However, it usually takes longer to work than Excedrin or Advil. I prefer Advil over other pain relievers.

I have not had any problems with it. I have not had any tests done to tell me how it is working, however, I am hoping that when I have my next bone density test, the density will have improved.
