I have endometriosis and was prescribed YAZ for my birth control to help my symptoms and clear up my acne. While it worked for the first 8 months or so, all of a sudden my period just wouldn't end. I continued bleeding, all the time non stop no matter what pill in the pack I was on. I went to the doctor and tried taking Naproxen with the YAZ to see if that would help kick start the YAZ back to action, but to no avail. I am switching off of the YAZ in a few days because of this. 2 hand-fulls of cashews a day are equivalent to the average dose of prozac. For severe depression &/or alcoholism 1000 - 3000+ mg Naicin as well as at least 1000 mg of vitamin C will give you just as good results or better as an anti-depressant with no side effects and doses can been increased with no overdosing.

Prior to using Candex, I had already been on a cleansing, higher protein diet with little if any dairy, grains or (and especially) limited or no simple sugars. If I reintroduce these foods while using Candex, I obviously find myself feeling more exhausted and achy all over due to providing a feeding frenzy to the fungus. My recommendation, keep your diet at a cleansing level in order to assist the process.

I have been taking one Advil PM about an hour before bedtime for about 6 months since I have a lot of insomnia. It is just as effective now as it has ever been. I am just not sure about longterm use. I do not take other meds.

Its really good. It helps me relax and I have less pain. I didn't know it was used for anxiety until recently, and now I understand how it works with my muscle spasms. I would reccommend it to others that are having muscle pains. It helps me sleep and makes me feel much better.
