Over the few months that I took Cymbalta it slowly got rid of the clinical depression. I am male and I had increasing hot flashes several times a day at the end when I stopped taking it. I haven't had any problems since while being off the medication. I had no problems stopping the medication.

I think it works but I also can't belive that it does not cause a die off reaction. Even if the toxins aren't released when the yeast die your immune system still has to clean up all the dead yeast bodies. This can cause fatigue and other die-off symptoms. I think it is false advertising that they claim there are no die off symptoms. Perhaps they are less severe than other anti-fungals, but they do exist, in my experience. http://www.enzymestuff.com/rtdieoff.htm

My periods/cramps have been better since taking Yaz. Although, I have experienced some mild depression than when I wasn't on it and a few mood changes. I have had one irregular period and I have never missed a pill since taking Yaz. I am going to my gynocologist in the next couple months for a check up with Yaz. My Doctor prescribed this for me because he thought I was getting endometriosis.

Chantx helped me quit smoking for 2 weeks. I had to quit taking it due to me getting a rash all over my body. that was 2 months ago, and i still have the rash. The doctors dont seem to know how to get rid of it. Does chantix work, i think so. I think i would still be smoke free if i could have continued it. Elavil seems to get me out of my mood swings. I fell like my life is more in control and I have more confidence. I am able to do the daily chores and am able to concentrate better at work. It did give me mild headaces before, at he beginning, but in couple of weeks I got used to this drug. I am very dependent on it because if I skip a dose, I get moody and irritated.
