I started this birth control mainly because I was moving in with my boyfriend. Since I have started it I have NO sex drive and I have gained 40 lbs since I've been on it. My prescription is over after this month and you can bet that I am changing birth control ASAP!!

Whilst taking this drug has got my thyroid levels back to normal and has sorted out those problems, I am constantly batling cold/flu viruses that my GP and consultant do not take seriously. Thankfully new GP has ordered a batch of blood tests to check I'm not one of the unlucky ones who have their white cells wiped out! Doctors seem to hand this stuff out like candy to kids. When my kid started with asthma we went alternative and got her off the drugs ASAP--I really regret getting hooked on Ventolin all those years ago. My daughter is fine now--no symptoms at all. Her doctor was really thrilled and really surprised. She was off meds in 3 months after being really bad, and with a family history...I was lucky he was supportive; most docs aren't.

This drug was given to me twice in 24 hrs by IV- I knew the moment it hit my system as I experienced excrutiating pain in my arm muscles and later muscles all around my body felt bruised inside. It was horrible and frightening and I will never go anywhere near this drug again.

it was prescribed to me for eczema -- severe nausea and vomiting/dizziness followed by the worst skin rash i have had in my life. Not fun.
