Ventolin is very good as it is always helps improve my breathing. It helps me when I am sick as well as during allergy season. Additionally, it is quite effective to use preemptively before athletic activities. Once you are experiencing shortness of breath, it can take awhile to help you and is therefore better to use before. On the down side, it makes your heart beat fast and makes you hyper active or anxious.

I have had normal blood pressure, top number in the 120's-130's, bottom # in the 70's, all of my life, and now that I have been on Yaz for a year my numbers have absolutely skyrocketed. Now I'm getting readings anywhere from the 140's over 80's all the way up to the 190's over 90's! Esipram (Lexapro) saved my life. I had suffered major chronic disorder for 18 years and no other anti-depressants helped. Some (Prozac) made it worse. I was taking tranquilizers every night and seeing a psychiatrist at least weekly. The anxiety attacks were horrendous and nothing helped. I still cannot believe the difference Esipram made.
