My mother was prescribed Actonel by a visiting locum within 48 hours she experienced a tingling sensation all over her body, followed by horrific pain in all her joints which has continued for another 3 weeks and is ongoing. She is also experiencing night sweats, often having to change her pyjamas twice during the night. She is 72, has diabetes and hypertension. So far so good. It is a very easy drug to take. Doesnt cause any nausea/vomiting for me. I like the fact that I have to take it well before eating anything for the day and that I have to take it with a lot of water. This helps me take in a lot of water in the beginning of the day. I dislike that I have to take this for the rest of my life or else my symptoms would come back. But then again, of all drugs, this one is very mild and I have not had any adverse reactions since taking it. So better... View full comment

Paxil did nothing but make my life worse. I even got divorced from a 45 year old relationship. It took me a painful 6 months to finaly break free of the withdrawl simptoms on the 3rd attempt.

I was prescribed tussinex for my cough when I got bronchitis, it works great! It stopped my cough immediately and lasts about 4-5 hours. It does make me very sleepy though, but I still recommend it.

I do like that it allows me to sleep better, but, it takes me longer to fall asleep. Since starting Inderal, I have had a lot of heart burn issues. It has helped some with my migraines.
