After having taken Advil PM for the last month due to difficulty sleeping I have had randomly, really bad nightmares on several occasions. Waking up with an accelerated heartbeat and remembering most of the very vivid dreams. I do not drink and only take a prescription medicine during the day, as prescribed...this is not a good reaction and should be noted by the drug company as people can related heart problems.

I am on day 8 of prevpac for h pylori gastritis. Diarrhea, strange taste in mouth and dry mouth started from day 1, but they did not bother me so much. From day 6 I started stomachache and severe fatigue, tachycardia. I am wondering whether I should stop the med. I learned that in Japan this same combination of medications are prescribed only for 7 days as the standard treatment for h pylori and there is much higher incidence of h pylori infection in Japan. I just started pristiq and have taken wellbutrin (450 mg) for a couple of years. I am taking pristiq and Wellbutrin ( 300 mg) now. Have you noticed any weight gain or sexual side effects? I have a very stressful job and have been extremely anxious and depressed. Thanks!
