I have four buldging discs, arthritis, spinal stenosis and an old vertebral fracture from an accident. I want to avoid surgery at all costs, and have had two epidurals for pain control (also something I want to avoid). I have thinning neck discs causing pressure on a nerve and spinal cord and the pain in my arm was unbearable -I was crying at times with it. Lyrica at 600 mg a day (with Tramadol ) has allieviated this but I have had slight vision problems at some times and absolutely no Libido! Everytime I get a headache, I take tylenol after eating a meal. Usually it takes about 3 hours for me to feel Tylenol's effect, in that my headache reduces. But I start feeling drowsy and sleepy, which sometimes prevents me from taking Tylenol on nights I have to stay awake to do work.

Zegerid has made my ankles swell. I am guessing it is the extra sodium it contains. It has helped my belching problem, however, it has contributed to a higher blood pressure reading.

When I take nuvigil in the morning I feel awake and focused during the day, if I don't take it I have no motivation to do anything and I just want to sleep all day. It does have days when it makes me feel euphoric and it has days when it makes me feel irritated and angry. I usually always feel jittery while taking it unfortunately.
