I think Claritin-D 24-hour helped most of my symptoms but not all. It definitely alleviated my sinus symptoms, but it neither helped my dry, itchy eyes nor my sore, irritated throat. Throughout the years I have tried numerous allergy medications, and for OTC meds, Claritin- D 24-hour is the best that I have found. This particular drug (100mg, baby blue capsules) did not give me many side effects. No nausea even on an empty stomach, no vomiting, very slight reaction to the sun. However, I noticed a marked increase in fatigue and depression. I have a feeling of being just completely wiped several hours before my normal bedtime. This drug is being taken once a day for 30 days to clear the increased acne as a result of taking Androgel.

Because I deal with chronic pain an antidepressant was initially prescribed to me about 9 years ago. Since that time I have also started menopause and I started getting more sensitive and weepy and mad at being sick so they changed my medication to Cymbalta and have since increased the dosage to twice what they initially prescribed. I notice a big difference with this drug and feel it has done the trick.
