I started on 5 grams two weeks ago and I could tell it was working. However, late in the day I could feel it wearing off. When I would take the 5 grams in the morning it helped with my libido and firmness but by the next morning it would wear off. My doctor increased the dose to 10 grams a day and I just started that. I wouldn't recommend Lutera to anyone. I switched from Tri-Regol to Lutera and the side effects came unexpectedly! My vision was even affected, I gained weight and I was extremely moody. All the "typical" side effect but I prefer my birth control to have no side effects!

i have had serious diziness, feel heavy headed, head feels fuzzy, lack of concentration, also my eyes feel very heavy and ache sometimes, my vision is almost blurry - i absolutely hate the way i feel and am on the verge og depression, and no doctor to date has said that the way that i feel can be a side effect of lymecyline, so i have stopped taking them as of today and so far no improvement...but need to give it some more time probably.
