Hi Kumar, There are some great ayurvedic (indian medicine) herbs for blood pressure that DON'T have side effects. Amla is a good one to start with, but tripaila is good too. You might want to check with any ayurvedic doctor. There should be some in Singapore, check the auyervedic section of this site. Seems to lower BP at times but for the most part all I get is a lot of water retention,swelling & pain. Recently started getting chest pain,dizziness,vomiting & headache

It does nothing! Pure placebo! Maybe that's why it was not approved in USA and Canada?I do use Klonopin and have used Xanax, those work great.I prefer Klonopin.
