I've noticed a lot of leg cramps, but I don't know if it's related. My sleep can be more erratic, but it never was perfect. My breathing is much better and being active is much easier. I was active before but it made me out of breath a lot. Overall it's a good thing but does seem to lower sex druve ime.

It is now about 2 1/2 weeks I have been taking Zyflamend. I have Osteoarthritis in my shoulders as well as tears and subluxated bicep tendons, osteo in my elbows, wrists,fingers, and feet. This medication has helped me to be more pain free than when I took prescription drugs. Thank you, for sharing your story. I'm 48 and my doctor has perscibed me Simvastatin 20mg . I have high colesterol and it runs in my family. I confused and not sure what to do. I have not taken it yet.

Since going on Aromasin, I have to take laxatives 2x per week. I was taking Amitriptyline for fibromyalgia but had to go to a much higher dose for the pain and insomnia. Then I started getting side affects because the dose was too high. Dr. put me on a couple of other meds that help with the pain and sleep, but I don't think it will get any better until I stop taking the Aromasin.
