Allegra made my heart race, so I asked my doctor to be switched to something with fewer side effects. I then I took Xyzal for about 7 months, while it did reduce my allergies the side effects were devastating. I gained weight. I was tired all the time. My heart rate went up. My joint's ached. My doctor started checking me for thyroid conditions, I had an EKG that showed nothing. I now suspect it was the Xyzal. Honestly, this medication did not really work for me. I had to switch to a more effective one, and I just don't remember the name of that one. But chloramphenicol was just useless, and with so many side effects, I used to wonder whether or not it was not worsening the symptoms of my typhoid fever.

I'm 24 yrs old and I took the 3 Gardasil shots, I had not immediate side effects until about 2 weeks after my last shot I started feeling week, tired and sleeping more than usual. I started breaking out baddly on my face and back, its nothing like I have ever experienced before. With Bactrim (generic) I get immediate relief from my chronic prostatitis symptoms. However, during my last two bouts with this condition, I have also had my high blood pressure drop into the normal range. The first time, the drop was extreme so that I discontinued the high blood pressure medication for about 3 months before it returned. I had Graves Disease about 8 years ago,took docs a year to sort it out, had all the heart meds too. Then it was sorted out. Since then i have had Hyperthroidism about three times since - it just wont go away. Back on Carbims again. On 5 mg three times a day now have been retested and its hardly reduced it so have to up the dose to 4 tabs daily - doc said two am,two pm.
