It helps remove acne, but it doesnt completely get everything or work all of the time. It also leaves an unpleasant residue on your skin as well as makes your skin dry.

I've been taking vitamin C for over 10 years now. I am now 20 years old. It works in keeping me healthy and preventing a cold. I don't like the way it tastes because it tastes really bitter. I usually take it with orange juice, not water because it tastes so bad.

Turmeric is a common South Asian spice found in the kitchen of many Indian homes (making it very accessible). Known as an Ayurvedic (traditional & natural Indian medicine) medicine, turmeric is actually a plant that carries many alleviating properties--one of which is an antibacterial agent thus making it ideal as an antiseptic. It also clots blood, so when there is a significant cut or wound, quickly applying turmeric will inhibit blood loss.

I was prescribed Promethazine after I got my wisdom teeth pulled and was given Percocet and vomited. I also felt naseous after taking pain medicaiton (especially since I was unable to eat much with the medication due to having oral surgery). The Promethazine was amazing because it stopped the nausea and vomiting. It also made me very tired but I didn't mind because it was nice being asleep while I was in pain. Tylenol is sometimes ineffective when used frequently to the point where I have to go to sleep in order to escape the pain. Thus, I try to only take it in extreme cases for best results.
