I used Tolperisone as an alternative to Limptar in preventing leg muscle cramps. Tolperisone had the additional benefit of allowing me to do some creative re- search, realizing that both exercise and coffee would be necessary to keep my brain and body functioning for more than about 30 minutes. i was on yaz before and ortho-tricyclen lo before that. ortho mad em gain a bunch of weight and i had really bad depression and anxiety. I went on Yaz and did'nt have many side effects except a drop in sex drive. However after two years i started getting abnormal periods - where i would bleed for a month at a time and got anemic. I've had eczema since I was in the third grade and I had a flare that no lotion or ointment worked on. I was prescribed Prednisolone to treat my eczema and as soon as the next day, my flare began to improve. The downside is you can only use this treatment for a few days but after the week or so that you're on it, lotion and ointments can be used for minor flares.

Advil pm works in getting me to sleep and keeping me asleep for at least 8hours. I have experienced the most vivid dreams I have ever had. I can actually remember theses dreams all day after awakening. The next night I wonder what I would dream of next and sure enough every night I take Advil Pm I have such realistic, vivid dreams. I have been very satisfied with Levoxyl. I am not depressed anymore and I have more energy. However, lately I have had chills and goose pimples especially on my right side and arm. Some times in the evening after a long day's work I also get pain between my shoulder blades and needs to sit down. It may be something else?
