Try adding more purple to your diet!
Purple foods such as concord grapes, blueberries, plums, pomegranates, acai berries, red wine, and even eggplants are very high in antioxidants. Purple foods have been shown to protect your heart and vision, promote mental focus, and increase longevity. Research has indicated that purple foods may even be used to prevent or cure cancer.

Opana ER Comments
06 Nov 2012
I asked my doctor after 10 years taking hydrocodine to try Opana er & he wrote a script of 10 mgs 2× a day every 12 hours for spinal stenosis. Started on them 9 pm Friday the 19th at 9 pm. Walgreens said it takes a full week for opana to reach it's full effect.. Friday the October 25th had vomiting...Saturday the 26th I called the doctor having chest pain & vomiting his nurse said stop taking this drug & we will put you back on hydrocodine Monday.. Sunday morning 2 am the 27th I had pain radiating from my back thru my arms & wrists called 911 that ambulance sent me to my local hospital & they confirmed it was a heart attack & they sent me in another ambulance 2 hours away in Springfield where I had a stent put in my heart w/a cath... I never had a heart problem before? But happy to say I'm back on hydrocodine... I thought I get my life back on opana? I nearly lost it?

In general, it has been an easy to use, effective and I have not experienced many side effects. It seems to make urination difficult at times - like I have urine retention and in the morning it seems to finally release.
