After a year on this drug i expeirenced severe hip , thigh .leg muscle pain .Slight numbness in both feet with a slight feeling of pins and needles. Unable to carry out any heavy work in early mornings. A feeling of muscle shrinkage which was felt in early mornings when getting out of bed. Also effecting sexual performance. Has anyone lost their taste due to thyroid medication cause i have and it's the most awful thing and the doc's don't no what to do about it. it's been like this now for 6 months. can anyone help please. was on carbimazole to start with but changed to PTU to see if it made a difference but unfortunately not.

The drug has been working really well for me. My acne cleared up although there are still some red spots left. My skin improved tremendously! I usually take the medicine after eating lunch and dinner. When I take it without eating, I get very dizzy. Sometimes I take it right before I sleep, and my chest would feel heavy. Other than that,Doxycycline Hyclate has been working fine for me.
