When I first started this pill, I hated it. I was bleeding constantly and I had cramps and headaches. I was skeptical when doctor said there was a connection between my acid reflux and my sinus headaches but controling the reflux has almost eliminated the headaches. It isn't 100% but it is a vast improvement
