This was a life saver. After suffering close to 15 years of serious insomnia, I found GABA. It enables me to get 5-6 quality hours of sleep whereas I could not sleep for more than 1 hour at a time previously. i have been on and off cymbalta for about 4or6 years . its a nightmare to get off of, the one thing i really dread is the twinges im not sure if thats a good way to explain it, i feel like im getting an electrical schock treatment all day. i can turn my head and it happens. if someone comes up behind me to scare me it shocks my system. sorry about the non-medical terms, it obviously upsets me and makes me irritable. This is a terrible medication that did not work at all. It gave me a rapid heartbeat and ruined my asthma. I could not breathe at all. I had to be rushed to the ER for breathing treatments due to this medication.
