My experience with Rebif has been a short, but pleasant one. I have had none of the usual symptoms that those who take Rebif may have. The only thing that I don't like about Rebif is the fact that they are in injection form.

Strong raspberry leaf infusions are the ONLY thing that has ever relieved my menstrual cramps and accompanying symptoms, such as nausea and diarrhea. Pharmaceuticals have never helped my cramps. I also use raspberry leaves and berries infused in apple cider vinegar during my menstrual cycle as the vinegar extracts a great deal of nutrients in the leaves (calcium, magnesium etc) that help with cramps and pms, as well as the high iron in the berries. I started off taking Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo and then the price of that birth control sky rocketed. I just started taking Ortho Tri-Cyclen (generic) and I do not even have one full month in. The first week was really rough during the transfer from Lo to normal Ortho. I had a lot of headaches and nausea.
