I do not like this drug. I feel like I'm having a heart attack sometimes, my hormones are out of whack, I'm having problems with being able to urinate. My vision is blurry. I cant exercize cuz my heart rate drops and I get winded and dizzy. I just don't feel good. I am having problems with my memory as well.

Agomelatine hasn't help my depression so far but will give it another month.I will probably go back to mianserin which has been effective in the past.

I would strongly discourage women with anxiety and/or depression from taking this pill. I've suffered from anxiety and depression for years, which is kept in check by medication, however by week three of my first pack of this pill, I experienced depression so severe that I did nothing but sleep and cry for a week. As if that were bad enough, I went through two weeks of daily panic attacks which sent me to urgent care twice and eventually to a counselor to eliminate them. Please tell your doct... This drug makes me sleepy, drowsy and tired, right after I take it. And I usually take it after breakfast. I was taking one tablet before, and I went to the doctor to told him about the side effects of the drug. He advised me to rest for about 10-15 minutes after breakfast. I tried it, and I felt better somehow. He also reduced the posology to 1/2 tablet, and he told me to go and look online for more information about the drug . For the last month I have notice a big change in my confidence and a little bit in my sight, but I didn't think twice about it. I just figured it was all circumstantial. For example, me being single and the date for my next eye exam coming up. But I didn't have these until I got on Lutera and now I'm wondering if they have something to do with one another? hmmm...
