just an FYI. If you feel a Yeast infection coming on put about TBSN of Apple cider vinegar in cup of water and douche once. It works wonders for me. Hopefully it will work wonders for you too. Or alternatively, you can use about 1-2 drops tea tree oil in tbsn of melted coconut oil and dip a plastic tampon in it - let it soak it up for 20-30 minutes and use overnight. Were you on the generic? I was--and took myself off it. Had a lot of pain and memory loss. I'm back on the armour now but will be running out of it in a few weeks. The doctor wants me to take the regular Synthroid now.

I've been on Ortho Tri Cyclen lo for most of the last several years. Side effects from that were little to none, and definitely tolerable. Cesia, however, has deprived me of any sex drive whatsoever. And even when I would become engaged in the activity with my husband, it wouldn't work... because I was completely dry. It is frustrating.

i take it 2 twice in day one in the morning & 1 at evening. It is effective sometimes not all the time. It also removes my headache sometimes. Also use paracetemol aswell to help with the pain.
