HI I was on vivelle dot .0375 but was getin to many hot flashes in could not sleep so my Dr. put me on Eastrasobr topical took away the hot flashe but noticed my well being was not there would start crying for no reason at all so I called my pharmacy in they said it was to much estrogen for me so I'am going to do try in error in use one packet on bothe lest instead of 2 packets a day I hope this works if not I have an appt with my dr. in hope to find somethin to make me feel normal again.

I do not take pomegranate on too regular of a basis, but I feel that the results I have seen in myself are not just a result of pomegranate use but by a combination of pomegranates and other supplements.

It got me out of a severe depressive episode, for which I am grateful. However, I still experience bouts of depression, often in the afternoon. So it is likely not a long term solution for me. I am on my third week of taking levora and driving home from the grocery store last night almost immediately my vision went blurred, I was very confused and I had to pull over. I had to have my fiance come and pick me up bc I could not drive. I had a pounding headache and my speech was even effected. It went away after I slept it off, but I will NOT EVER take this medication again!! Its dangerous!
