This medication was prescribed to help with my fibromyalgia. Taking this medication has slowly deteriorated my quality of life. It no longer helped with the pain so I discussed it with my physician and it was decided that I could come off this meedication. The "withdrawal" is the most difficult thing I have ever been through. I am luckily a very fast responder to Prozac. When we need to adjust the dosage, I notice a difference within a day or 2. Take it in the morning or it might keep you up at night!

**** keep in mind that I have a pretty strong anxiety disorder, femcon has exasperated it but in no way cause it. my stats: taking it for three weeks to help with my acne, 27 years old, good health, was on orthricycline low 3 years ago without any problems. Started out great on this, but after the first year side effects have worsened. I can barely stay awak and feel like a walking zombie during active days. I am usually easy going, but have become very moody on this. I am switching as soon as my dr. gives the go ahead.
