The problem is that, the food is highly selective. I have to constantly choose what to eat, and what not too. This is seriously annoying, because carbohydrates are almost everywhere. When my blood sugar is too low, I take some malt or any sweet drink to balance it. When it is too high, it has side effects too, such as loss of your mind, fever, hallucinations, etc.

The first day I tool Zyflamend, I noticed a distinct reduction in lower back pain from osteoarthritis. But the next day, I began coughing and having mucus problems. I have had to stop all NSAIDS, asperine, and even paracetamol, because they all cause coughing and wheezing. I was so looking forward to a herbal remedy that would not have this nasty side-effect. My thyroid lvls were low so doctor prescribed this to me 25 mg. once a day. I noticed a weight gain immediately, headaches, severe joint pain, my throat felt swollen or like a lump was in it and overall negative effects. I had a hysterectomy the same month the doctor prescribed this so I am unsure if its the levothyroid or effects of no hormones...maybe a little of both. Although i was perscribed Solpadol as a pain relief and still require it for that purpose, as an ex smoker of Marijuana i obtain the same relaxed effect with Solpadol and believe i have replaced one with the other. When my Dr will not perscribe solpadol i replace it with normal Co Codamol and Ibuprofen until i can obtain my next perscription.
