I have always suffered from mild panic attacks and anxiety since my parents divorced as a child. For a long time, I thought it was just a flaw when my doctor explained to me some people just need help relaxing their nerves when it comes to stress and anxiety. I've been on Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo for 7 years. For the past two years I noticed a change where I would have break through bleedings a week before my period. I Switched to YAZ and HATED it. So I am back on Orthro because my body is used to it and my only problem is the break through bleeding. I am trying to find a better Birth Control.

I have been taking zoloft for 4 months and started off with 25mg then increased to 50mg and now I am on 100mg. I can definately feel a difference with anxiety and feel more outgoing. I took another medication which made me have hallucinations for 5 days. I then had to seek a phychiarist who put me on the zoloft.
