I just take this vitamin because my doctor told me to take it for my arthritis as a Calcium supplement. I dont get any side effects or anything since it is a vitamin.

I was originally prescribed pills that only contained 0.030 mg of synthetic estrogen for extremely painful cramps (and also hoped that they would help control some of my bad acne). I experienced some breast tenderness, and the acne hardly cleared as we had hoped. I was soon switched to MonoNessa, which has 0.035 mg of the estrogen in it, and I think it has worked wonderfully. So far, it seems to have helped lower my choesterol, and I haven't noticed any side effects. I was taking 10mg daily, but I was concerned about possible liver damage and requested my doctor lower the prescription to 5mg.

I constantly have pain in my stomach, as well as burning sensation too! I have had stomach pain for a long time, and the KCL I take seems just to worsen it. And it is especially painful when I eat some kind of foods.

I thought the strength of my memory was lowering due to my age (33) .. but perhaps it is related to the generic Xanax. But on a positive, this solution has had the least amount of side-affects over any other anti-anxiety option for me personally. Anti-depressants put a lot of weight on me and took away my libido. No sign of that now and I've been on 1mg XR for well over a year now.
