I like Ibuprofen because it's very gentle to my stomach, I don't have any side effects, I used to take tylenol or advil, and since I am very sensitive to medicine, I always got a urine infection after taking any of these two pain relieve medicines.

Off-label prescription for insomnia, co-administered with other serotonergics by an incompetent PA. Only took 7 half-doses, spaced over 2 weeks. Profound neurotoxic reaction included shock sensations, hallucinations of vibration, and eye-movement irregularities (seemingly permanent, as it has been over a year now). This pil is horrible! Dizziness, depression, anxiety attacks, sex drive is non exsistant, can't eat, nauseous, diaharra, constipation, high blood pressure, tired all the time. Would not recomend. I was on it mroe than 6 months.

Lyrica is ok for treating anxiety conditions like GAD. It works well but the confusion/dizziness at dosage above 300mg per day can be a problem. It does not have many gastrointestinal side effects but I find that it irritates a long term gastritis problem of mine. Lyrica is a good alternative for those who cant tolerate conventional antidepressants or those who would like to avoid the use of benzodiazipines.
