was on lipitor for 27mos. befor developing rhabdomyolsis . had a cpk reading of 14,000 and unconcious . was hospitalized for 10 days and released w/cpk of 7500 . after treatment including 5 doctors at mayo clinic cpk was reduced to about 700 about 12 mos. into treatment . and then cpk began to crawl back up now 10 mos. later is at 2900 . have myopathy,periphael neuropathy,rheumatoid arthritis,tininitus,droopy left eye and very tired w/pain that jumps all over also had 2 biopsies supporting st... I am an Afican American women. Well over 300 pounds.the dr. always want to give me pain pills for my knee pain. In which nothing seems to work. i have tried glucosimine, but nothing, i still have pain. i went to the health food store and the cashier recommended zyflamend. he customers have told him after 2 weeks they feel better.It took me a little, but I am truly satisfied!!!!!

after 3 A1c tests that were getting worse and taking more and more Lantus, I quit it totally because when I upped the dose my blood pressure went up as well. I had pain in both hands having gained 15 pounds as well. After one week of quitting, my weight went down 8 pounds and I no longer have pain in my hands. I will never take that stuff again. My sugars have been down significantly, staying between 90 and 100 in the mornings without it....

This medication made me feel worse. It is the worst medication I have ever taken. My doctor warned me that it might give me a bad taste in my mouth, but the taste didn’t bother me. What bothered me the most was the feeling it gave me. I became very nauseated and I couldn’t eat anything without almost vomiting. My stomach was in knots and I was very lightheaded. I would NEVER take this medication again.

When I take nuvigil in the morning I feel awake and focused during the day, if I don't take it I have no motivation to do anything and I just want to sleep all day. It does have days when it makes me feel euphoric and it has days when it makes me feel irritated and angry. I usually always feel jittery while taking it unfortunately.
