Suddenly my blood pressure is extremely hi.... from 140 - 90 to 176-98+... For the first time in my life I have to take 20 mg of Enalapril twice a day to keep my blood pressure on check. Even so, the BP goes up to 150 - 95 after twelve hours of taking a pill.... I also have this jiterry feeling and can feel the pulse in the tip of my fingers..... As if in extreme alert or distress

Ambien did not help me with my insomnia whatsoever. After taking it, I didn't feel drowsy and had no side effects at all. It felt like I didn't take a medication at all... it had absolutely no effect on me.

When I get the flu, I usually try a few over the counter medicines before going to see the doctor. I've tried sudafed in the past and it works ok, but it usually makes me really drowsy. If it makes me too drowsy, I will usually switch to another cold/flu medication.

**** keep in mind that I have a pretty strong anxiety disorder, femcon has exasperated it but in no way cause it. my stats: taking it for three weeks to help with my acne, 27 years old, good health, was on orthricycline low 3 years ago without any problems. I love it! I have had seasonal allergies for the last 2 years that has caused me to have asthma. (Note I'm 34 and never had asthma before in my life!) In March my allergies start so I start using the twisthaler before my symptoms get to bad and it helps every time. I have never had to use a rescue inhaler. I usually use the twist for about a month and im good until September when my other allergies kick in! I truly recommend it.
