This drug is a poison. It causes the conditions it's supposed to prevent. I never had a problem with flushing or redness before taking this. I had one broken blood vessel and that was it. Since taking it my face turned into a burning mess, and my lips are still messed up (I have to put vaseline on them about 5 times a day every day), and I don't sweat out of my face as much. For the first year that I was taking Yaz it was great - regular and much lighter periods, zero cramps, zero PMS. It was really wonderful considering I used to have very heavy and irregular periods, extremely horrible cramps, and pretty bad PMS (irritability, mood changes, bloating, fatigue, appetite increase, etc.). The first few nights that I applied Erycette, also known as Ery 2% Pads, my skin started feeling smoother and less oily. This pill is absolutely horrible. Everything that could possibly go wrong with side effects went wrong plus 500. I had severe depressive episodes and emotional meltdowns. I gained 15 pounds. Since I've been off of it I am back to myself again.

When I switched to Microgestin I started getting extreme dry mouth, especially at night time when laying down. I will wake up in the middle of the night and my mouth/gums will be completely dry to the point where I can't make my own saliva. Also, I've gained a lot of weight since taking it.
