Ambien is great, it helps me sleep much better. The only thing that I dont like about it is that it makes me a little groggy in the morning and sometimes I get up in the middle of the night and eat.

I have four buldging discs, arthritis, spinal stenosis and an old vertebral fracture from an accident. I want to avoid surgery at all costs, and have had two epidurals for pain control (also something I want to avoid). I have reduced my amisulpride to 100mg a day, since yesterday, and I now take high quantities of brewers yeast tablets and B12. I feel a lot calmer, little depression, more alert and better quality sleep but only a few hours! My main worry is that I have high blood pressure, which seems to be a result of taking yeast extract with moclobemide.
