I tend to get headaches a lot and the Advil really helps alleviate the pain. I normally take 2 tabs every 3 days and it works well for me.

The problem is that, the food is highly selective. I have to constantly choose what to eat, and what not too. This is seriously annoying, because carbohydrates are almost everywhere. When my blood sugar is too low, I take some malt or any sweet drink to balance it. When it is too high, it has side effects too, such as loss of your mind, fever, hallucinations, etc.

Since going on Aromasin, I have to take laxatives 2x per week. I was taking Amitriptyline for fibromyalgia but had to go to a much higher dose for the pain and insomnia. Then I started getting side affects because the dose was too high. Dr. put me on a couple of other meds that help with the pain and sleep, but I don't think it will get any better until I stop taking the Aromasin.

I had to stop using Simponi, because the insurance changed and it wasn't covered by the new insurance. They told me to use Humira, which I was a little hesitant about taking, and it worked better than Simponi and Celebrex. So, now I'm on Humira and Mobic 7.5mg and I'm doing great. NO fare-ups. I HAVE HAD FAIRLY GOOD SUCCESS AFTER THE FIRST WEEK SIGNIFICANTLY MINIMIZING THE FLUSHING AND ITCHING IF I EAT A SMALL CUP OF PARFAIT OR LOW CAL YOGURT BEFORE I GO TO BED ALONG WITH ONE ASPIRIN OR ALLEVE. SAMS NOW SELLS OVER THE COUNTER NIAPSPAN TABLETS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO FLUSH FREE. I BELIEVE THE NIASPAN D WEBSITE CAUTIONS PEOPLE TO NOT ABRUPTLY SWITHCH FROM NIASPAN D TO REGULAR NIASPAN.
