Advil pm works in getting me to sleep and keeping me asleep for at least 8hours. I have experienced the most vivid dreams I have ever had. I can actually remember theses dreams all day after awakening. The next night I wonder what I would dream of next and sure enough every night I take Advil Pm I have such realistic, vivid dreams. I experienced paranoia, horrible panic attacks, a sense of dread and nightmares, Never experienced anything like this. I thought I was losing my mind. This began around the 4th day on the meds and lasted for several months. I was worried I would never be myself again! I don't recommend this to anyone!

Although not strictly a benzodiazepine etizolam shares similar pharmacological properties. My professional opinion is that one should treat it with similar caution, i.e. avoid constant long-term use, use the minimum dose that provides a satisfactory response, either relief from a panic attack, disabling anxiety or the onset of sleep and NEVER exceed the maximum daily dose, 2mg/Day, that appears in the product literature. This has helped amazingly. I no longer get the painful cramps I used to get and I'm less moody during that time of month. Only side effect has been a very dry vagina. Makes sex tough sometimes, but not all the time.
