Moringa oleifera has substituted all my synthetic multivitamins/minerals intake. Excruciating pains in my left shoulder blade due to an accident decades ago has now disappeared. I take the heaped spoonful of dried leaves powder shaken together in a 75cl bottle of water first thing each morning daily. I am a long time user of birth control pills, and ended up on Reclipsen just 6 months ago because my insurance would no longer cover my old birth control pills. Since having the Mirena IUD inserted approx. 10 months ago I had developed anxiety, panic attacks, heart palpitations, chest pain, difficulty breathing, night sweats, hot flashes, memory lapses and a generally foggy and unwell feeling. I have no prior history of any of these conditions. I had the Mirena IUD removed yesterday and hope that these symptoms improve.

I works just as tylenol works but a little more specific for cramps. Its works great I just didn't like all the bloating and the feeling that I wanted to throw up. Other than that it was okay.
