I was given oxybuprocaine to numb my eyes at an opthamology eye exam, after receiving the drops I started to have convulsions. My head was completely bent back, my eyes were rolling in the back of my head and I was grinding my teeth. The convulsions lasted for hours on the day of the eye exam and returned sporadically the next day. This is the third drug for my MS that I have been on and I am generally very happy with it. I was on Avonex for a number of years and did not handle it well at all. My insurance would not allow me to go back on Copaxone, my original drug, which I liked very much and did well on. When the opportunity came for me to try Tysabri a few months ago I happily accepted and am not sorry at all that I did!

Initially after starting Claravis, I broke out with large cysts that had to be injected and drained by the Derm Dr. After over two months of treatment, I am still breaking out with milder acne, but my skin is terrible red, fragile, peeling, scaling, and in general, looks TERRIBLE. In some ways it is better, but in other ways, it is so much worse. I feel stiff, sore, and generally uncomfortable.

The first time I took it, I had no problems and, along with an anti-candida diet, my rashes cleared up.
