I read multiple reviews on multiple websites about this pill when I was two weeks into my first pack. This pill was in fact the worst one I have tried as far as making you get sick. I had to take a prescription medication just to get rid of the nausea for about three days...BUT I stuck it out, and I am happy to say that after the first pack, it gets much much easier to digest. I have been taking one Advil PM about an hour before bedtime for about 6 months since I have a lot of insomnia. It is just as effective now as it has ever been. I am just not sure about longterm use. I do not take other meds.

I had not taken Midol for a long time, maybe since I was about 25, so it has been over 20 years. I was cramping so bad however that I decided to try it again thinking maybe I would not experience the side effects- dizziness, feeling intoxicated. I will not take it again unless I know I can just go right to bed because I still had the side effects, but it did make the pain go away.
