terrible experience. i was just so tired all the time that wasn't right. my energy level was really low and i did gain more than 6lb in two months. i stop with the pill after my secound month. it was a nightmare!

I turned 65 this July 28. Five years ago I had, and used weekly, a fitness club membership. I went Kayaking, camping, fishing, walking, played volleyball, and hosted/attended a variety of writing/poetry venues. This pill has given me nothing but problems from the start. During the first few months I experienced weight gain, very sore breasts, mood swings, and worst of all hair loss. I would lose large clumps in the shower everyday. Also my periods were completely erratic. I was more regular when I was on no birth control. Vicks 44 Cough relief cools down my burning throat when I cough constantly. It is actually one of my favorite over the counter medicine because of the fact that it doesn't have such strong side effects like Motrin.
