I thought I was dying. I have an appointment with a nuerologist becase my doctor couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. I have taken Centrum Multivitamin in the past and experienced no side effects. In the last two days, I have taken Centrum/Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement with food and experienced constipation and loss of appetite almost immediately after taking the pill. I take other medication and am not sure if it the result of the combination of medication I am taking. Plan to stop taking the vitamin.

Proactiv was good, but it stopped working after a while. I have to go off of it for a few months and go back on. Proactiv turned my face a bit darker when I first started using it, but my skin went back to normal within two weeks. I noticed Proactiv also bleaches my dark colored towels.
