I have been taking Buspar (Burspirone) (5mg) for 6 weeks. I take 1-1/2 tablets (7mg) twice a day. I immediately noticed a warm feeling when I first started but after a month or so I didn't notice it as much. I have PTSD and anxiety has been a real problem for many years. I have been on this drug with Revatio for 8 years since 2007 for Grade 4 PAH, until this year the only side effects I have really notice is decreased libido and ED. I am not on Oxygen but use a CPAP for Sleep Apnea. In March of this year I had a small seizure while on vacation ( no previous history of seizure) I was checked by a doctor and they could find no physical deficits. I was taking it for a few years and I recently stopped taking the medication bc the acid reflux was getting a lot better. Then last week I realized it was coming back again so I just started the medicaiton back up again. Other than that I am very satisfied with the performance of the medication.

Honestly, I think this medication works for me. My BP shifts sometimes from 190 - 99 , and for the weight loss I manage it by by myself: exercise, diet, etc. SInce 4 years I have been using it, and I did not feel any side effects, but improvement in my blood sugar level.. Nevertheless, the hardest part of everything, is what to eat. I know what I have to eat, but in low quantities. Everything has sugar or carbohydrates, and it is very difficult. But I try, really hard.,
