I began drinking green tea straight and in other forms when I realized the benefits of the Asian tea. I have not seen any significant changes but I do notice that after drinking green tea that I experience bursts of energy and higher mood levels.

I have been taking one Advil PM about an hour before bedtime for about 6 months since I have a lot of insomnia. It is just as effective now as it has ever been. I am just not sure about longterm use. I do not take other meds.

Dexedrine can act as an appetite suppressant. Although some may take advantage of this characteristic, I find that if I don't keep protein and small meals going and drink a lot of water I become edgy and nervy. Even if you don't feel hungry it is better to have a little something healthy (not sugary as this spikes and drops energy levels). Not sure if Seasonique is the cause but I never had health problems like this until my 4th month on it. I developed a severe case of perioral dermetitus. Doctor has had me on antibiotics now for 2 months for that. Also that 4th month I started spotting daily. I quit Seasonique at the last week of my 6th month on it.
