Lolav, I find that for sleep the alternative therapies work better and with less side effects then the pharmaceutical approach. I suggest you check with a health food store to see what they recommend. Valerian is good and so is just plain old hot milk before bed. There are stronger Ayurvedic or Chinese herbs that you can Google- some are common and some you have to go to India for. I have noticed more fatigue and some mood swings, but worth it for the ease of the period. So far, no cramping, spotting or breakthrough bleeding. Love it!

It worked very well. I was having bad ear aches and congestion. I started taking it after my doctor told me to try it. I had tried many different medications before it and it was the only one that made me feel better. The only problem I have with it is that it is very harsh on the stomach. It gave me really strong stomach aches and cramps.
