Ok, rather take a multivitamin that includes iron, because the straight iron tends to make me unable to go to the bathroom. Did help take away drowsiness and improve my iron count.

Tried to reduce dosage to 5 mg per week. In a few weeks joint pain increased and stayed more intense until I resumed the regular 7/5 mg per week.

Since beginning Celexa, I have noticed a great improvement in anxiety levels and pre-menstrual agitation prior to menstruation. It seems that I have more patience overall feel more relaxed in tense situations. I noticed the changes within two weeks of taking the medication. I am very pleased to report no side effects except for a slight decrease in appetite. I take xanax as well as concerta and they seem to work well together. I started taking a half .025, then the whole tables and now I feel like I need a little more. That bothers me as I don't like to take medicine but do realize that I feel better, especially mentally, when I take the meds.

It worked better than Cymbalta, but does not come close to the efficacy of Effexor XR. I was hoping for mood improvement like Effexor XR used to provide, but all I experienced was a mild improvement over the Cymbalta. Disappointed overall with its performance and ready to try something else.
