After I started taking Mesalazine together with Decortine ,the condition became better.I finished the therapy and after a few days the colitis has come back,complete remission of the decease. Now the situation is the worst.I am taking 3000 mg mesalazine per day.I have very strong abdominal pain,bloody diarrhea all the time,heartbeat,muscle cramping,gas etc. I am afraid that the Mesalazine does not doing its function and in my case I think that the side effects has been taking in action.

Having taken Wellbutrin for several years, I find it does help with keeping my mood better overall. It does not cure the depression, and I am not what I would consider "functional". I still am frequently mentally "overloaded" and shut down. I can handle little pressure. Life in the slow lane is all I can handle, and even that is still too much sometimes.

I just want to underline how great that product is for me. I have been using it for 3 years now (I am Canadian) on my elbows and knee joints, and love it. I can play softball again without any pain.

I was on this for a year....originally bad PMS, I was told to take it for 10 days a month, then me and my long term partner split and I was told to take it everyday to support me. As stated above, it does seem to help with my blood pressure, but I seem to be more irritated than I was before I originally started the medication. It is worth putting up with for the benefit of the medication though.
