HI I was on vivelle dot .0375 but was getin to many hot flashes in could not sleep so my Dr. put me on Eastrasobr topical took away the hot flashe but noticed my well being was not there would start crying for no reason at all so I called my pharmacy in they said it was to much estrogen for me so I'am going to do try in error in use one packet on bothe lest instead of 2 packets a day I hope this works if not I have an appt with my dr. in hope to find somethin to make me feel normal again.

I used it when I had a bad headache once and it worked wonders for me. It also provided a fair amount of relief when I got my wisdom teeth pulled. The variety of it is great, and even the chewable tablets are excellent (and taste well).

However with Yaz, these mood swings seemed worse and seemed to last longer than after other birth control switches. I never get headaches but when I take Centrum for Men I get a headache and tightness in my chest, Headache and Chest pain stop as soon as I stop taking it. I stopped for 3 weeks - No issue so I thought I would try 1 pill today (taken on empty stomach except for Coffee) 4 hours later I notice I have a headache and chest tightness.
